Daisy Cottage
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, patio with garden furniture and shared lawn area and two bedrooms on the first floor. No smoking inside and on the patio.

- Sitting area with two seater sofa and two arm chairs, book case and sideboard. Selection of books and videos.
- Television and DVD player combined. Streaming set.

- Cloakroom with W.C and hand wash basin on ground floor. Heated towel rail.
Outside
South facing terrace with garden furniture and shared lawn. Well tended shared gardens. This is a quiet sunny area with the sound of nearby stream meandering through the village (please note the stream is not fenced so parents are asked to supervise their children at all times)

- One or two well behaved pets are welcome at £10 per week. Please do not allow them on furniture or beds. Dogs must be on the lead in the holiday village but Falmouth is dog friendly and there are designated dog walking areas. Boscawen field in Falmouth (near Gyllyngvase Beach) is very popular with dog owners. Information on dog friendly walking areas and beaches is available on the Visit Cornwall and Visit Falmouth websites. Also in the tourist information office in Falmouth Town centre.

- Fuel and power included in the rent.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- There are smoke alarms in the cottage, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen area. Portable electrical equipment is PAT tested.
Facilities at Pendra Loweth
- Inside the clubhouse there is shared use of jacuzzi and splash pool and small well equipped gym(seasonal opening).
- There is an enclosed out door children’s play area.
- An indoor all weather children’s play area is being developed.
- There are 2 all weather tennis courts, basket ball hoop, football net.
- Laundry with washing machines and dryers.
- The clubhouse has a meeting area, bar and café during the high season, times can vary.
- The cottage has one allocated car parking space near to it. There is other car parking for visitors. Please note the terms of the leases for owners at the holiday village mean that commercial or sign written vehicles are not allowed at Pendra Loweth.
- There is a bus stop outside the entrance to the village.
Staying in the Cottage
The self-catering holiday cottage is available to let all year. We aim to provide you with clean, comfortable, well maintained, modern accommodation for you to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Short breaks and last minute bookings may be available during off peak times. Change over days are Fridays but there is flexibility in the low season. Arrival time is 3 p.m and departure time is 10 a.m.
There are clear booking policy and terms and conditions. A 10% deposit is required on booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to stay. Payment is by bank transfer or cheque. Holiday insurance is recommended in the event that you need to cancel after the balance has been paid.
